Fresh Picked Green Chickpea Hummus


Ingredients

  • 3 Cups
    green chickpeas
  • .5 Cups
    fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • .5 Cups
    olive oil
  • .5 Cups
    tahini
  • 1.5 Tablespoons
    chopped garlic
  • 1.5 Tablespoons
    water
  • 1 Teaspoon
    kosher sea salt

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender adding chickpeas last.

  2. Mix on medium low speed until well incorporated.

  3. Enjoy!
