Edamame (Soybean) Spread


Ingredients

  • 1 Cup
    edamame, shelled and mashed
  • .33 Cups
    stuffed green olives, chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon
    milk
  • mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon
    prepared horseradish
  • .25 Teaspoons
    onion salt

Instructions

  1. Mix thoroughly, chill, and serve with crackers or thin slices of wheat or rye bread.
