Ultimate Garbanzomole


Ingredients

  • 4 Cups
    green chickpeas
  • 1
    lime, juiced and zested
  • 1 Cup
    water
  • 1 Teaspoon
    salt
  • 1 Teaspoon
    fresh cracked pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon
    ground cumin
  • 1.5 Tablespoons
    Cholula hot sauce
  • 1
    red onion, diced
  • 1
    roma tomato, diced
  • .5
    bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 1 - 2
    jalapeños, chopped
  • 1
    garlic clove, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon
    salt
  • 1 Tablespoon
    rice wine vinegar
  • .25 Cups
    water
  • 1
    red pepper, diced
  • 1
    avocado

Instructions

  1. In a mixer combine green chickpeas, lime juice, lime zest, cumin, and hot sauce. Puree and slowly incorporate water and avocado to desired consistency.

  2. If it needs to be thinned, add water until desired consistency is reached. Remove to bowl.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and fold until thoroughly mixed.
