Ned’s Green Chickpea ‘Green Goddess’ Dressing


Ingredients

    whole medium avocados, peeled and pitted
  • .5 Pounds
    green chickpeas
  • .5 Pounds
    basil
  • .12 Pounds
    chives
  • 4 Cups
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Cup
    greek yogurt, low fat sour cream or low fat yogurt
  • 1 Cup
    lime juice
  • 1 Cup
    lemon juice
  • .25 Cups
    honey
  • 3 Tablespoons
    sea salt
  • 2 Tablespoons
    cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Puree everything in a Vita Mix Blender. Check for seasoning and adjust with sea salt and pepper to taste.
