Mix the heirloom tomatoes and the green chickpeas with the smashed avocado, (S&P, lemon juice & olive oil to taste).
Build the tacos either soft or crispy!
Depending on how spicy you like it, add the pickled peppers to taste.

Pickled Jalapeno Peppers
.5 cup sliced jalapeno peppers
1 cup white wine vinegar
.25 cup salt
.5 cup honey
Bring vinegar, salt & honey to a boil.
Pour over Gusto peppers, let cool overnight.
