Ned’s Green Power Smoothie


Ingredients

  • 1 Cup
    green chickpeas
  • 1
    large green apple, core removed
  • 1
    ripe banana
  • .5 Cups
    greek yogurt
  • 3 Tablespoons
    honey
  • .5 Cups
    ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a Vita Mix.

  2. Sprinkle the top with chia and flax seeds, Enjoy!
