Simply Roasted Green Chickpeas with Sea Salt


  • 2 Cups
    Nature’s Classic fresh green chickpeas thawed and patted dry
  • 2 Teaspoons
    sea salt
  • 2 Teaspoons
    olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 425º

  2. Place 2 cups of Nature’s Classic fresh picked green chickpeas, patted and dried, in a single layer on a sheet tray for 15-20 minutes (Dry Roast).

  3. Toss every 5-10 minutes. When chickpeas start to get brown and firm on the outside remove from the oven. While hot, lightly toss in olive oil and coat with sea salt.

  4. Return chickpeas back to the oven for 5-10 minutes, watching them closely so they don’t burn. Enjoy!!
